User Data Deletion

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your Incultnito Studio account. This includes data collected through direct use of our platform as well as data obtained through connected third-party services such as Facebook and Instagram.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to hello@incultnito.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Whether you want a full account deletion or selective data removal (specify which data)

What Gets Deleted

Upon a full deletion request, we will remove the following data within 30 days:

Facebook & Instagram Data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Incultnito Studio, we will:

• Delete all stored Facebook/Instagram access tokens and permissions
• Remove any cached profile information from our systems
• Remove records of content published through our platform

Content already published to Facebook or Instagram remains on those platforms and must be deleted directly through Facebook or Instagram. You can also revoke our app's access at any time through your Facebook App Settings or Instagram Authorized Apps.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently purged.

Data We Must Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law, including payment transaction records (required for tax compliance) and data subject to legal holds. We will inform you if any of your data falls under a legal retention requirement.
