By accessing or using Incultnito Studio ("the Service"), operated by Incultnito Studios LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Incultnito Studio is an AI-powered platform for garment mockup generation, design creation, concept pack export, and social media content publishing. The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform garment photos into editorial-quality mockups and may facilitate publishing content to connected social media platforms.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. One person per account unless on a Team plan. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content published to connected social media platforms.
Free Tier: Limited usage at no cost. Subject to monthly limits on uploads, renders, and export quality.
Paid Tiers: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page. We may change prices with 30 days notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Downgrade effects (export quality reduction, folder dissolution, streak reset) take effect after the grace period.
Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no renders have been used.
You retain ownership of garment photos you upload and designs you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and transform it for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Mockups generated by the AI are derivative works created from your uploaded content. You may use AI-generated mockups for commercial purposes including product visualization, marketing, and presentations. The AI may produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee specific output quality or accuracy.
The Service may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, and others) for content publishing. By connecting your social media accounts:

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Incultnito Studios LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. The Incultnito name and logo are trademarks of Incultnito Studios LLC.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting hello@incultnito.com.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM CONTENT PUBLISHED TO THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incultnito Studios LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
